Michael Jarry who owns Mi Cool Air Conditioning & Electrical has again helped out a community and this time in the town he grew up in Brewarrina. He has donated $500 to the Men’s Group in Brewarrina to go towards the making of football jerseys.
“Clement is a proud indigenous man from Brewarrina on Ngemba Country and is just a small part of a football team called Brewarrina Brothers. The name and team came about through our local men’s group and they talk about drugs, alcohol, depression and suicide awareness and prevention. All the tough ‘stuff’ the local young and older men go through on a daily basis in a small country town. They are using football as a tool and a reward for these men to push the good word out and keep their indigenous youth & men walking in a positive direction.”
